The average household income is over $160,000 within one mile of the property and over $133,000 within three miles and the three-mile population that is currently over 82,000 is projected to grow by roughly 9,000 people by 2026. Highlighting the growth are multiple newly constructed multi-family developments immediately around the facility. The facility also serves several well established posh suburban neighborhoods such as Longwood, Coles Crossing, Rock Creek, and Stable Gate. In addition to its well-to-do surroundings the property also wraps around the intersection of Telge Road and Jarvis Road providing frontage and access on two thoroughfares and combined traffic counts of 23,062. Telge is a main north/south feeder running from south of US 290 through the Grand Parkway (TX 99) which is Houston’s outermost loop and on to FM 2920. Directly across the street from the facility is the newly constructed retail project Shops at Telge along with a new McDonald’s.
