- LOW SUPPLY MARKET // In the five-mile trade area, the current supply is only 4.31 net rentable square feet per capita with 2.41 climate-controlled square feet per capita. There is only one facility planned in a five-mile radius, which will bring the total supply to 5.77 square feet per capita.
- EXPANSION OPPORTUNITY // Approximately 6.31 acres for expansion. Three acres were recently converted into RV Outdoor parking, which could also be expanded to the remainder of the vacant land. There is an individually metered, 12,000-square foot vacant warehouse that could easily be converted for indoor parking.
