LOVELAND, CO | With businesses poised to add 310,000 square feet of self-storage in Loveland in the next 12 months, industry observers say the market could be approaching saturation … for the time being.
The five self-storage facilities in various stages of planning and construction in the city are responding to pent-up demand after the recession, according to Adam Schlosser, the Denver-based vice president of investments for the national storage group of Marcus & Millichap.
