Connor Francis is a Financial Analyst with the Denver-based LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap, supporting the nation’s leading self-storage brokerage team. He joined the group in March 2025, bringing a strong foundation in finance, technology, and investment analysis. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Connor began his undergraduate studies at Bentley University near Boston before transferring to the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned his degree in Finance. His internships in private equity, wealth management, and machine learning/AI gave him exposure to investment strategy, financial modeling, and data analysis — skills that translate seamlessly into his work in commercial real estate. While in school, he also led a team to win an international entrepreneurship case competition, further sharpening his ability to analyze markets, build strategy, and communicate complex ideas — all key strengths he brings to his role.  At the LeClaire-Schlosser Group, Connor focuses on underwriting, valuation modeling, and market research, combining strong analytical skills with a tech-savvy, detail-oriented approach to support a wide range of transactions.

Outside of work, he enjoys writing, reading, making art, weightlifting, skiing, and exploring the Rocky Mountains.
