Dean Trammell is a Director of Investments with the LeClaire-Schlosser Group, based in San Francisco, California. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage real estate throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, advising private owners, operators, and institutional groups on valuation, market positioning, and execution strategy.

Dean is known for building long-term client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and market intelligence. He takes a consultative approach to each assignment, working closely with clients to understand their investment objectives and tailoring strategies to maximize value and certainty of close. His experience and day-to-day involvement in active transactions give him a deep understanding of buyer behavior, capital markets, and evolving storage fundamentals across West Coast markets.

Prior to entering commercial real estate brokerage, Dean developed a strong foundation in professional sales and client advisory roles across multiple industries. He earned his degree in Marketing from Utah Valley University with an emphasis in professional sales, and a minor in Finance and Spanish providing him with both analytical and relationship-driven skill sets that serve his clients throughout the transaction process.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys skiing, golfing, and mountain biking. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and daughter and is an avid San Francisco Giants fan, always looking for an excuse to catch a game at Oracle Park.
