Derrian joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 as the Front Desk Brokerage Administrator of the Denver office. In December 2017, Derrian became the office’s first administrative staff in over five years to complete the firm’s intensive training requirements to become a Certified Agent Support Specialist (CASS). She eventually became a Lead CASS, providing expert trainings and troubleshooting assistance throughout the firm. After demonstrating her extensive knowledge base, leadership skills and company experience, Derrian was promoted to Operations Manager of the Denver office in 2021. She worked alongside the Regional Manager to provide top-notch support to the Denver salesforce and support staff while maintaining an efficiently operating office. Derrian received a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Retail Management from the Art Institute of Colorado.

Derrian hails from Santa Fe, NM and has spent the past 12 years in Colorado with her husband Tim and their two children. She enjoys camping, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
