Ian Lindahl joined the LeClaire-Schlosser Group as an investment associate in 2021. Prior to joining the group, Ian spent five years in software sales helping clients find and deal with pain points within their business through software enhancements. This experience has allowed him to adapt and ask the right questions to understand what his clients’ needs are and come up with solutions.
Since joining TLSG, Ian has closed over $227 million dollars in storage transactions in New York, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Maryland, and Alabama, including the largest self-storage price per NRSF trade in Long Island history.
He mainly focuses on institutional quality storage assets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions of the United States, working with clients to help them achieve their goals with a priority on good communication and a strong work ethic. Building strong client relationships and dedicating himself to helping clients achieve their goals, while being supported by a great team at The LeClaire-Schlosser Group, has allowed him to be a good advisor and deliver great results to his clients.
When not in the office or in the field with clients, Ian enjoys spending time on a pair of powder skis in the mountains, a golf course in the foothills, working out or watching sports. His wife and dog are constant reminders of what matters most.
