Ian Lindahl is an Investment Associate focused on the sale, acquisition, financing, research, and advisory services of institutional quality self-storage assets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions of the United States. With over a decade of sales experience, Ian is able to adapt and understand what his clients’ needs are in order to help them achieve their goals. Ian believes that concentrating on a specialized niche and forging strong client relationships are the foundation to exemplary advisory services. His understanding of relationships in the industry and being available at all times makes him a pleasure to work with.

When not in the office or in the field with clients, Ian enjoys spending time skiing in the mountains or golfing in the foothills. His wife and dog are constant reminders of what matters most.
