Spencer specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage facilities in the Mountain West. He grew up in a family of commercial property owners and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Business Administration and English and Comparative Literature. During his time at Kenan-Flagler Business School, Spencer pursued an area of emphasis in real estate finance and marketing while serving as a Research Assistant, District Senator, and Economics TA. He brings a quantitative edge to every deal and pursues excellence in all things.

In his free time, Spencer enjoys Iron Man triathlons, creative writing, the outdoors, and most significantly, time with the people he loves.
