Airline Storage sits on Beauvoir Street at the corner of East Airline Road and North Ben Jordan Street. The facility is centrally located within the city of Victoria and is less than a mile away from the two local universities, University of Houston-Victoria and Victoria College, which currently boast a combined student population of +/- 12,200 students. Victoria is the largest city and the county seat of Victoria County and the regional hub for a seven-county retail trade area of over 250,000 people. Manufacturing, healthcare, petrochemical operations, and education are some of the employment drivers that are convenient to Airline Storage customers. The Caterpillar Excavator Manufacturing Facility, Port of Victoria, and the Victoria Airport are minutes away from the facility. The area also generates billions of dollars in petrochemical revenues from companies like Dow, Formosa and Alcoa which collectively employ more than 3,000 residents.

At under $65 per net rentable square foot, Airline Storage offers an in-place yield of 6.35 percent on an unlevered basis.
