SALT LAKE CITY, UT | The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of 24-7 Automated Storage, a 38,700 square foot storage facility located in Logan, Utah.
Jordan Farrer, First Vice President of Investments, in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, represented the seller, a regional self-storage investment company. 24-7 Automated Storage Logan is a 283-unit self-storage facility situated on around 4.75 acres of land. It was initially constructed in 2005 and contains five single-story self-storage buildings with 283 drive-up units. The facility has many amenities including a gated entry with a digital keypad, 24/7 video surveillance throughout the facility, asphalt driveways, and units with roll-up doors.
