SALT LAKE CITY, UT | The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of AA Access Storage, a 50,400 square foot storage facility located in Clearfield, Utah.
Jordan Farrer, First Vice President of Investments, in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, and Adam Schlosser, Senior Managing Director, in the firm’s Denver office, represented the seller, the original developer. “The family reached out to our team with the desire to explore the idea of selling. They had very specific requirements to not engage in a full marketing campaign and some nuances with the property that a buyer would need to overcome,” said Farrer. “A trusted buyer made a direct offer to the seller that we were able to negotiate and eventually work through to closing.” Marcus & Millichap also procured the buyer, a privately held investment company.
