Adam Schlosser, Senior Managing Director, in the firm’s Denver office and Keith Phillips, Senior Associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office, represented the seller, an LLC based out of Southern California.  “We continue to receive strong interest on self storage assets in growing secondary markets like Colorado Springs and across the county,” says Schlosser. The Buyer, SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc., a self-managed and fully integrated self-storage company, was also secured by Phillips and Schlosser.

AC Self Storage consists of 16 single-story buildings made up of 486 non-climate drive-up units, 105 parking spaces and 30 office spaces.  The facility features many amenities including, but not limited to, a well-appointed leasing office with retail display, security monitoring, perimeter fencing, premium elevated signage at all ingress/egress point, high door units,  expansion potential,  and wide drive aisles.
