Dean Trammell, Investment Associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office and Adam Schlosser, Senior Managing Director, in the firm’s Denver office, represented the seller, Karl Koster & Kelly Koster-Vik.  “The sale of Delta RV & Boat Storage demonstrates continuing positivity in the RV & boat storage industry, reflecting growing demand and investor confidence in the sector’s long-term profitability,” said Trammell. The buyer, Randy Mancini, was also secured by Trammell and Schlosser.
