Charles “Chico” LeClaire, Executive Managing Director Investments, and Adam Schlosser, Senior Managing Director Investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver, Colorado office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Seller. “A national private equity group bought the property several years ago, improved it with new canopies and new management, and then sold it to a local partnership group,” said LeClaire. “It was a great opportunity for the new Buyer to own a unique property with three different types of storage including 157 self-storage units, 391 outdoor parking spaces, and 70 covered RV parking spaces.”

Dove Valley Outdoor Storage is located in a fast-growing area of southeast Denver which consists of predominately covenant-controlled neighborhoods driving the high demand for boat and RV storage. The facility was originally built in 2014 on over eleven acres.
