NAMPA, ID | The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Elite RV Storage, a 17.57-acre RV property located in Nampa, Idaho.
Jordan Farrer, Senior Investment Associate, in the firm’s Salt Lake City office represented the Seller, a local family. “The sellers executed their vision of creating the first valet service RV storage yard in the Treasure Valley and created a very profitable operating business,” said Farrer. “Given the turbulence in the market and unique structure of the operations it took a unique buyer to successfully close on the property. The buyer will implement additional services and expand their footprint in Idaho.” The Buyer was also procured by Marcus & Millichap.

Elite RV Storage is located south of the Nampa Municipal Airport at the intersection of Victory Rd. and Happy Valley Rd. which combine for over 12,000 cars per day and 1.25 miles south of Nampa Gateway Center, a regional shopping mall. Featuring VIP parking and drop-off for all customers, a new leasing office that could feature U-Haul rentals, merchandise sales, and on-site representation.
