Thomas Parsons and Adam Schlosser, storage investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local private owner. “RV storage facilities continue to be a sought-after asset class and we had strong buyer interest from in-state and out of state groups,” says Parsons. The buyer, an affiliate of Ivywild Capital, was also procured by Marcus & Millichap. Ivywild is a Colorado-based boutique private equity firm focused on storage investments.

Hidden Island RV & Boat Storage includes one single-story building made up of 32 inside parking units with individual garage style doors. The remainder of the facility is comprised of 148 open parking units on a gravel surface. The property features perimeter chain-link fence, electronic gate with keypad access, and security cameras. The facility is located at 3955 South Taft Hill Road.
