DENVER, CO | The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Hill & Homes Self-Storage Portfolio, a 135,050 square foot and seven property self-storage portfolio located across Colorado’s western slope.

Thomas Parsons, First Vice President of Investments, and Adam Schlosser, Senior Managing Director, in the firm’s Denver office, represented the seller, a local private owner and operator. “This portfolio sold at an aggressive CAP rate because the seller’s current high occupancy and below market rents were viewed as future potential by the buyer pool,” said Parsons. Marcus & Millichap also procured the buyer, DXD Capital, a self-storage private equity firm out of New Mexico.

Hill & Homes Storage Portfolio consists of seven properties featuring a total of 922 units all managed from a central office.  All locations have perimeter fences, remote-accessed security cameras, and gates.  The facilities are located at 2222 Sandford Drive, 2462 Highway 6 and 50, 2693 Highway 50, 1462 Colorado Avenue, 2787 Printer’s Court, and 3170 Pipe Court in Grand Junction and 340 West 3rd Street in Palisade.
