Ian Lindahl, Investment Associate, Adam Schlosser, Senior Managing Director, and Chico LeClaire, Executive Managing Director,  in the firm’s Denver office, represented the seller, a local developer.  “Investor interest for top tier well-positioned assets like this accelerated over the back half of 2024,” said Schlosser. “We expect it to continue into 2025 as the market normalizes.” The buyer, a multi-division real estate developer based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, was also secured by Lindahl and Schlosser. John Leonard, First Vice President and Regional Manager of the firm’s Atlanta office, served as the broker of record.
