The portfolio totals 537,962 square feet across 3,545 units at six locations: 2855 Hwy. 66 in Ashland; 63031 OB Riley Rd. in Bend; 2200 NE Buckboard Ln. in Prineville; 3001 NW Canal Blvd. in Redmond; 1400 Tucker Rd. in Hood River; and 4800 NE Cornell Rd. in Hillsboro. Ground-level access spans 100 percent of the portfolio’s rentable square footage, delivering exceptional convenience and operational efficiency across every site. Two of the six properties include dedicated land for future expansion.
