San Francisco, CA | The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, announced the sale of Storage Star, a 93,880 square foot self-storage facility in Napa, California.
Adam Schlosser, Executive Managing Director Investments, and Dean Trammell, Director Investments, of the LeClaire-Schlosser Group represented the seller in the transaction, with Tony Solomon serving as California broker of record. “Storage Star is a newer-vintage, institutional-quality asset in a market where opportunities to acquire new stores is limited,” said Adam Schlosser. “Built in 2021 on more than seven acres, the property has the location and the scale to perform well for the buyer.”
“The level of investor interest in Storage Star Napa was exceptional. We engaged with a deep pool of institutional and private capital, highlighting the continued demand for high-quality self-storage assets in core Bay Area markets and ultimately driving a highly competitive sales process,” added Dean Trammell.
