Jordan Farrer, First Vice President of Investments, in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, and Adam Schlosser, Senior Managing Director, in the firm’s Denver office, represented the seller, a local development company. “The Seller group built a great asset that has capitalized on the strong growth of Kalispell and Flathead County. They experienced a quick lease up and were ready to move on to their next venture,” said Farrer. “In a challenging debt market, we were able to navigate a creative, short-term seller financing option to allow the buyer the flexibility needed to stabilize the facility while accomplishing the Seller’s goals.”  Adam Christofferson, Marcus & Millichap Division Manager, served as the broker of record for the transaction.

The facility features a professional leasing office, heated RV units, online rental management, digital video surveillance, and wide drive-aisles.  The property is located at 3190 Montana Highway 35 in Kalispell.
