The facility comprises 364 units totaling 39,225 net rentable square feet. In addition to the 74,000-plus vehicles per day along the broader corridor. The site sits near Target and Banner Desert Medical Center, within a trade area of more than 167,000 residents and 71,000 households averaging over $88,000 in household income within three miles.
