Dave Knobler, Senior Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston, Texas office and Charles “Chico” LeClaire, Executive Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver, Colorado office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Seller, an Austin-based LLC. “From residential to retail to healthcare and seemingly everything in between, the Seller was able to capitalize on the phenomenal growth story of west Fort Worth,” said Knobler. “There were even two new traditional storage facilities coming online within a couple of miles from the property, so you know it’s a booming area when that is happening.” The Buyer, a Texas-based LLC, was also secured by Knobler and LeClaire.
