DENVER, Colorado | Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Solid Storage, a 73,272 square foot storage facility located in Afton, Wyoming.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a regional developer throughout the Mountain States.  The buyer was a national self-storage owner and operator.

Solid Storage is a 347-unit self-storage facility located in Afton, Wyoming. The property sits on approximately five acres of land, was constructed and opened in September 2025, and contains seven single-story self-storage buildings with drive-up units. Solid Storage has many amenities including a gated entry with a digital keypad, Bluetooth locks, 24/7 video surveillance throughout the facility, asphalt driveways, and units with roll-up doors.
