CHEYENNE, Wyoming | Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Bach Storage Center, a 30,035 square foot storage facility located in Riverton, Wyoming.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a regional operator with assets throughout the Mountain States.  The buyer was a family office whose primary focus is purchasing legacy, cash flowing assets in secondary and tertiary markets.

Bach Storage Center is a 258-unit self-storage facility. The property sits on around 3.03 acres of land, was initially constructed in 1978, and contains 10 single-story self-storage buildings with 235 drive-up units.  The facility has many amenities including 24/7 video surveillance throughout the facility, trailer and RV spaces, concrete and gravel driveways, three shop units, and units with roll-up doors.
