Ian Lindahl, Director Investments, and Adam Schlosser, Senior Managing Director Investments, in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer in the South and SE regions of the US. “Seller built a Class-A single-story climate-controlled facility that will be a fixture in the market for a long time,” said Lindahl. The buyer, Platinum Storage, is a real estate acquisition and development company headquartered in Newport Beach, CA. “This purchase helps the buyer expand their presence in Spring Hill, TN while complementing their nearby facility with a 100% climate-controlled offering,” added Lindahl.

StoreEase Self Storage consists of 657 units and is situated on approximately 4.43 acres. The facility was originally constructed in 2025 and features two single-story buildings with a drive lane in between the buildings. The facility was in the early stages of lease-up at closing time and has many amenities, including a gated entrance, institutional leasing office with 24/7 video surveillance, and electronic keypad entrances into each building, asphalt driveways, and units with roll-up doors.
