CHEYENNE, Wyoming | Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Vern’s Self Storage, a self-storage facility located in Laramie, Wyoming. The asset includes 659 units totaling 96,092 net rentable square feet.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a locally based LLC. The buyer, California-based Storage Star—acquiring their second facility in Laramie—was also procured by Marcus & Millichap.

The property sits on around 14 acres of land with buildings built from 1972 to 2024. Vern’s Self Storage has many amenities including electronic gated entry with a digital keypad at the entrance and exit, a paved entrance, and a large leasing office with an employee kitchen that was renovated in 2025. The facility includes security cameras, oversized gravel drive aisles, and metal doors throughout.
